Monica currently maintains a successful practice that focuses in the areas of consumer bankruptcies (Ch. 7 and Ch. 13) and criminal defense. She is a former prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and is also a familiar face on television providing legal commentary on both local and national networks such as Fox News, CNN and ABC. If all that wasn’t enough, Monica has been married to Michael coming up on three years and they have a seven month old baby boy, Rhett and a dachshund named Toby. Monica truely believes there is nothing on earth more wonderful than Rhett and than being a mommy!

I always hate the about me section. I’m so many different things, I’m never sure how to narrow it down into a paragraph or 2. I love taking pictures, dancing in my living room, talking, I really love talking, and Traveling. I’m an Ex NFL Cheerleader, a “first wife” and now a first time mommy with a beautiful little girl. My life is far from boring and though there are times I long for boring, in the end I’d have it no other way!
