Say it ain’t so JT. I love them as individuals, but not as a couple!

Rumors have been going on for a couple weeks now, but today my heart was finally broken. Justine Timberlake and Jessica Biel are reported to be engaged. What is it with those two? We all know I LOVE JT and though I don’t love Jessica Biel, I rather see her with someone else. I’d love to see Justin with someone who has a little more, oh I don’t know, personality? I loved him with Cameron Diaz and even Alyssa Milano. I really loved him with Britney, but she’s not even that spunky little girl she use to be. Doesn’t he see that Jessica Biel is just so BLA!!!

You know those couples that you like as individuals, but as a couple there’s just something not right?

I love Will Smith and I really like Jada Pinkett, but as a couple they just creepy me out. Maybe it’s the Scientology thing. They aren’t Tom Cruise creepy, but there just something a little fake about their relationship. I just don’t think they’re right for each other. Maybe I’d rather see Jada with someone like Derek Jeter or some attractive former athlete. I’d like to see Will with someone sexier like Eva Mendes. If rumors are true Jada met with Celebrity lawyer divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. Maybe Will can get back to making fun movies and music now.

But then again, what do I know? I liked Katy Perry and Russell Brand together. I also liked Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson. We see how long those relationship lasted. On second thought, maybe these celebrities shouldn’t listen to me and just stick with who they’re with. J

So do you have a couple that just gets on your nerves? Come on, no one will judge you.

I need a theme song

You know something I had always thought was kind of cool about superheros? They have a theme song. Or a “take off song”. Right when trouble would arise they could throw open their shirts and take off to some glorious music. “Dun-dah-dah-daun” and off they went. As a Mom of now three, a business owner and a list of other stuff I feel the need to tackle and master….I need a dang theme song. Not because I feel I am super important just something that I can hear when life gets too much. No one else needs to hear it, sort of like an internal fight song to keep me going. So when I throw open my shirt to reveal my fabulous sparkly Superwoman logo….I get music. I would like mine to have a nice back beat though please.

Moms feel we need to be Super People? I mean it’s like there is an unsaid expectation that we will juggle everything in life, stay attractive to our spouses, manage the household chaos, be fun to the kids, make sure the baby isn’t rolling off of something, keep everyone fed, do the “parental homework” the school seems to feel we need, be a taxi, keep the pets alive and loved and then do this all with grace and composure. I mean I gladly take the roll of a woman, it’s beats the alternative most days but I wish that it all came with some theme music. That is all I am saying. A little “dun-dah-dah-dun” in the background of life.

Not A Kid Person

Some people are kid people. They like being around kids, they like the noise, they like the mess, and they like constant commotion. I am not that person.

Someone was crazy enough to leave me alone with their 2 kids and my own today. We’re talk 3 kids running around like crazy people in my house!! What is this mess? I am not a kid person.

I love my daughter, I love my friends kids, and I love most kids I meet. I just don’t think I should be alone with more than 2 kids… If that.

Discipline Your Kids People!

I know I said I was going to take the day off, but

I am not perfect.

I’m not an expert.

What works for me, may not work for you.

I do believe that there are a few kids out there that are just extremely well behaved and just telling them no is enough. I believe that is only about 2% of the world.

The rest of the kids, they need to be DISCIPLINED!!!
